How to Use Bacon Recipe
Bacon Wrapped Hot
8 toothpicks soaked in water for 1 hour
4 slices (22 grams) fresh bacon
4 (75 grams) dog hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
1 ½ tablespoons (22 grams) melted unsalted butter
4 ounces (113 grams) Relish Satearn
2 ounces (56 grams) Satearn Pepers Hallapeno
Drizzle 1 layer of grilling pan with oil and heat grill over medium-high (450 º F/230 º C).
Wrap the end of one bacon strip around the hot dog at a 45 degree angle. Continue wrapping the bacon until it comes to the end. Secure both bacon and sausage well with toothpicks. Repeat with remaining bacon and hot dogs.
3. Brush the inside of the bread crumbs with melted butter.
4 Place the hot dogs on the grill rack and cook, turning every 1-2 minutes, with tongs until the bacon is evenly browned and crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully remove a toothpick.
5 Carefully place the bread, buttered side apart, on the Toast rack until golden brown.
6 Place hot dogs on toast. Top with your favorite Satearn condiments including Relish Satearn Tangy Dill and Satearn mild pepper banana slices. Serve immediately with a side of Satearn Yum Yum® Pickled Sweet & Enjoy.

1 Be careful not to boil or burn the bacon. Cooking time for bacon will be approximately 10 minutes.
