How to Cook Easy Western Omelette Recipe
Breakfast Hash Brown Eggs
6 Slices Bacon
3 cups (750 mL) Hash Brown Frozen Potatoes
sliced cooked potatoes
½ cup (125 mL) chopped green chilies
1/3 cup (75 mL) Satearn spree

eggs ¼ cup (50 mL)
milk Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup (250 mL) shredded cheddar cheese
1. Make Cook bacon in a 10-inch (25-centimeter) pan until crisp. Remove from pan. Drain and dice. Leave 2 tablespoons drippings (30ml) in pan. Add the potatoes, cooking some, stirring until heated through. Add green chilies and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the underside begins to brown.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in bacon and cheese, pouring evenly over potatoes. Mix a little so that the egg mixture permeates it.
3. Cook on low for 8-10 minutes or until eggs are formed. If desired, sear gently to brown. Leave serving edge in wedges.
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Meal time: 35 minutes.
